About the role

Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Netskope, you will drive technical success across the customer journey. You will partner with customers to align Netskope’s Cloud Security platform with their business goals, cybersecurity strategy, and technical architecture—supporting adoption and ongoing operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand business goals, cybersecurity strategy, and technical architecture, then guide them through adoption and operational maturity using tailored value realization plans.
Build strong relationships with customer champions and executives, providing guidance on Netskope best practices, policies, and architecture design.
Perform tenant health checks, track adoption metrics, and proactively recommend improvements to strengthen the customer’s security posture.

Requirements

Strong understanding of networking concepts, MDM, and Cloud APIs.
Knowledge of data encryption technologies, SIEM, and load balancing.
Familiarity with regulatory/compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, and SOX.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Perl or Python).
Strong experience with network security technologies, including: Proxies, Next-Generation Firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption Gateways.
5+ years experience as a Professional Services Consultant or Technical Account Manager, with proven success and strong presentation skills at executive and architect levels.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Experience working with large enterprise customers (Fortune 500 experience is a plus).
Strong background in network architecture.

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) (preferred).
