Technical Account Manager (Client Data Testing Focus)

Role Overview

Technical Account Manager (Client Data Testing Focus) is the primary technical liaison between the product implementation team and production support. You will lead client data testing activities, ensuring stability, performance, and SLA adherence for client production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical interface between implementation and production support.
• Lead client data testing, including UAT strategy, execution, and approval.
• Own daily technical health of assigned client environments, ensuring:
  • Stability
  • Performance
  • SLA compliance
• Drive investigation and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Define and coordinate the client UAT strategy, aligning testing activities across:
  • DataOps
  • QA
  • Engineering
  • Client stakeholders

Requirements / Profile

• Experience supporting complex healthcare, SaaS, or data-driven platforms.
• Strong written/verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in technical support, escalation management, and client-facing problem solving.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and root cause analysis in cloud environments.
• Experience operating in fast-paced client environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel ~5–10% to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT/QA efforts.
• Ability to support off-hours/weekends during testing cycles or critical production events.

Nice-to-Haves

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile/scrum delivery experience.
• Experience leading a QA effort for cloud software.
• Healthcare interoperability standards: FHIR, bulk data export, Patient Access API.
• Test management / agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Healthcare payer / Medicaid dataset experience.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
