About the role
Role overview
Tech Lead, Developer Experience (DX) at 360Learning (full remote – Paris, FR). You’ll partner with product squads to improve developer tooling, strengthen the CI pipeline, and coach engineers so they can ship high-quality features on time.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for technical topics from the squad; route/coordinate with the right team members when needed.
- Serve as a coach/mentor for developers in the squad, including performance reviews and career path assessments.
- Improve and contribute to the codebase, build process, CI pipeline, functional test environment, and developer tooling.
- Focus on Developer Experience, with a strong emphasis on AI coding tools.
Requirements
- Experience working as a tech lead or in a senior engineering capacity.
- Strong understanding of software build pipelines, CI, and test environments.
- Proven ability to coach/mentor engineers and support career development.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on interest and experience with AI coding tools used in development workflows.
