Team Lead (f/m/x) Content Operations – France

You will lead the Berlin-based, French-speaking Content Operations team and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations for the France market. You’ll combine people leadership, operational ownership, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, and other internal teams.

Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll improve how the team works and supports clients, and help align and standardize best practices between the French- and German-speaking Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and support the French-speaking Content Operations team
• Set clear priorities and ensure a balanced workload
• Run regular check-ins to align on priorities, share information, and resolve operational issues
• Own onboarding, individual development, and knowledge-sharing

Operations & Process Improvement

• Ensure smooth daily operations using Salesforce and Jira
• Use operational data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and support decisions
• Improve processes, workflows, and tool/data usage across the team
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Use AI tools to improve operational workflows and increase productivity
• Define, document, and maintain best practices for recurring operational tasks and client handling

Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as a key contact between Content Operations, Sales, Product, and other teams
• Coordinate priorities and follow-up when topics require shared ownership
• Ensure accurate, timely communication within the team and to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or customer/business operations, ideally in a tech/digital product/scale-up environment
• Prior team leadership experience is a plus
• Strong organization, process, and project management skills; pragmatic continuous improvement
• Comfortable coordinating across functions with stakeholders of varying seniority
• Strong AI mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
• French C2 and English C1 (written and spoken)

• Experience with Power BI
