Talent Sourcer - Services Business

Role Overview

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer for a remote U.S.-based team. You will lead talent acquisition sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates to support hiring needs in the service business for the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Use market data and insights to guide sourcing decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Engage passive candidates via personalized outreach.
• Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.
• Proactively source frontline talent using creative channels such as:
  • job boards
  • trade school partnerships
  • grassroots outreach
  • community events
  • on-the-ground networking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years sourcing experience, or 6+ years sourcing experience without a degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience sourcing for Field Service Engineers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Business Development Managers in the power/energy industry.
• Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (e.g., OFCCP, DOL).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools/platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
