About the role

Role Overview

Motion Recruitment is hiring a Talent Recruiter to join its Enterprise Talent Services team in Dallas (remote role, Dallas candidates preferred for proximity to clients). This is an entry-level to up to 3 years experience position with a thorough training program and ongoing team and 1:1 support.

What You’ll Do

Perform full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer generation and beyond) for nationwide Enterprise accounts
Post jobs and source qualified candidates via job boards
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Conduct phone screens, pitch roles, and perform real-time skillset matching
Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and collect post-interview feedback
Extend offers to selected candidates
Support internal HR with candidate onboarding and offboarding
Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
0–3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
Bullhorn ATS experience is a plus
Strong communication skills; comfortable in a heavy phone environment
Interest in Sales/Recruiting

Full-time role with base pay, plus bonus & commission potential (salary increases per placement)
