Role Overview

Talent Partner responsible for delivering structured, inclusive hiring across an assigned portfolio of teams. You will be a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping define “what good looks like,” make evidence-based hiring decisions, and run the full recruiting process with a fair and engaging candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

Build Trusted Hiring Partnerships

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, team needs, and future capability requirements
• Run structured recruitment kickoffs to align stakeholders on process, timelines, and success criteria
• Provide evidence-based recommendations, market insight, and constructive challenge
• Set expectations for hiring-manager ownership, interviewer preparation, decision-making, and timely feedback
• Identify upcoming hiring needs, skill gaps, and recruitment risks early

Lead Structured, High-Quality Hiring

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role approval through offer acceptance
• Create consistent, inclusive hiring processes tied to clearly defined success criteria
• Develop interview plans, scorecards, assessments, and interviewer guidance
• Facilitate evidence-based candidate debriefs and challenge bias or unfounded assumptions
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with Kooth policies and applicable employment laws
• Partner on offer development, approval, and negotiation

Proactively Source and Attract Talent

• Build tailored sourcing strategies by role, market, and talent pool
• Proactively engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and other relevant channels
• Create diverse, representative pipelines using inclusive sourcing approaches
• Write engaging, inclusive job descriptions and candidate messaging
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, referrals, and talent-community initiatives
• Monitor pipeline quality and adjust sourcing strategies

Deliver an Excellent Candidate Experience

• Ensure candidates receive a welcoming, transparent, and respectful experience at every stage
• Provide clear and timely communication on the role, process, expectations, and timing
