You will also build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities and represent our Talent Acquisition team at industry conferences. Key missions: Own the full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for GTM at Cohere.. Work with hiring managers and leaders to create effective recruiting strategies and keep us up-to-date with talent market insights.. Find creative ways to proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the top of the funnel. Profile: - If you consider yourself resilient, collaborative, influential, and a lifelong learner, we’d love to hear from you! - 3-5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (experience at startups is a plus) - You are naturally curious, with a keen interest in the AI industry, specifically around NLP, LLMs, and cutting-edge research in this space - You are a creative problem solver and thrive under pressure.
