Requirements
- Proven experience operating in remote and distributed environments.

- Deep ownership mindset and ability to take full responsibility for work.
- Comfortable leading large teams of 100+ contributors.
- Data-fluent: experience with dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
