About the role
Role Overview
The Talent Operations Manager will lead recruiting analytics, HR technology administration, and operational efficiency for a fast-growing healthcare organization. The role oversees hiring data/reporting, workflow automation, compliance processes, and the TA Coordinator team to ensure seamless offer processing, background checks, credentialing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Recruiting Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Build and manage real-time hiring dashboards (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, recruiter productivity).
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership to optimize hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Use BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio for hiring forecasts.
TA Coordinator Team Leadership & Process Optimization
- Lead and manage TA Coordinators to ensure timely execution of:
- Offer processing and approvals
- Background checks and credentialing coordination
- Onboarding logistics and compliance tracking
- Define SLAs, implement automation, and streamline workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with background check policies, licensure verification, and hiring regulations.
HR Technology & Workflow Automation
- Administer key systems:
- ATS: Jobvite (preferred)
- HRIS: Workday, UKG, or similar
- Use Power Apps and SharePoint to automate recruiting workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Research and recommend additional technologies to improve recruiting operations.
- Improve ATS integrations with HR systems, reporting tools, and third-party vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to align hiring plans with business needs.
- Develop and document SOPs for recruiting operations.
- Train recruiters and TA Coordinators on process improvements and HR tech best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, HR technology, or workforce planning.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading recruiting or HR operations teams.
- Strong ATS and HRIS expertise (Jobvite preferred; UKG/Workday or similar).
- Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint for automation.
- Proficiency with BI/reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
