Role Overview

Talent & Growth Manager (2026/27 Graduate) Join Netlight’s Talent Search (TS) Team to lead recruitment and related processes that support the company’s growth. You will manage the full hiring journey—from first contact through world-class onboarding—while also contributing to employer branding and talent management activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Networking and sourcing
  • Interviewing and selection support
  • Managing the process and coordination
• Drive onboarding for new colleagues
• Support initiatives connected to growth, including:
  • Internal and external employer branding
  • Talent management
  • Equality work / DEI-related activities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and the tech community

Requirements

• Soon-to-be or recent graduate/young professional with a master’s degree
• Full business-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, and the IT/tech industry
• Good communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
• Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset; strong cooperation skills
• Structured yet adaptive approach; able to take responsibility in a dynamic learning environment

• Experience in areas relevant to the role, e.g.:
  • Recruitment, sales, employer branding
  • Project management, networking
  • Startup experience, marketing
