Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail) at Mejuri. You will attract, source, and retain top retail talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring leaders.

Key Missions

• Attract, source, and retain retail talent across different markets; ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Lead internal relationships with the Regional Director team to develop and execute talent attraction strategies.
• Own and manage end-to-end recruiting pipelines for retail roles, including senior-level and confidential searches.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, leveraging data insights to improve operations.
• Implement recruitment programs to scale recruitment infrastructure.
• Recruit for senior-level positions and mentor team members on recruitment (including recruitment methods/program execution).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making and ability to think on your feet.
• Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical recruitment and leadership experience are an asset).
• Proven ability to design and implement recruitment strategies using data.
• Experience with TA systems, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for building relationships with key stakeholders.
