About the role
Role Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fully Remote) supporting end-to-end hiring across the US and globally. You will own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of consulting and corporate roles, partnering with hiring leaders and senior stakeholders while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer acceptance
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to define requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Source and engage candidates via channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial video interviews to assess experience and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Administer online assessments and support panel selection
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Create compelling, inclusive job advertisements and recruitment marketing content
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting in the ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives (social media and careers content)
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting in Professional Services / technology transformation / change management consultancies
- Experience recruiting consulting-related roles such as:
- Program Managers
- Business Analysts
- Trainers
- Change Consultants / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants
- ATS experience, ideally Bullhorn or a similar recruitment platform
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice-to-Haves
- Agency recruitment experience is highly valued
