About the role

Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes while helping clients hire the best-fit candidates.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies across channels (job boards, social media, professional networks)
Review resumes/applications and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate the offer process (prepare offer letters and support negotiation of terms)
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans
Support employer branding initiatives
Monitor recruitment industry trends and improve recruitment strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably fast-paced or technology-driven environments)
Strong sourcing techniques and candidate assessment skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
