Role Overview
AvePoint is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, and Technology in the ANZ market, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles (e.g., BDRs, AEs, CSMs).
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with emphasis on Go-to-Market roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions.
- Proactively source talent via referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping.
- Own and prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
