Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Collaborate with hiring managers across the United States to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various departments within L3Harris. Own the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates using channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Extend offers, negotiate employment terms, and coordinate onboarding
• Maintain accurate, compliant recruiting records in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
• Provide timely updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting and candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (or 2+ years with a relevant graduate degree)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors (or similar applicant tracking systems)
