About the role

Role Overview

AgileGrid Solutions/Spry Methods is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, cleared, and corporate roles supporting existing contracts and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, cleared, and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers, program leadership, and Business Development to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source candidates via channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, referrals, job boards, and networking events.
Conduct screenings, coordinate interview schedules, and collect hiring manager feedback.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future contract opportunities.
Support proposal staffing by identifying candidates and collecting Letters of Commitment (LOCs).
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage multiple requisitions/priorities.
Mentor junior recruiters (desirable).

Requirements

3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting federal government contractors.
Experience recruiting technical professionals (IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Cloud Computing, Program Management) and corporate functions.
Essential: experience recruiting candidates with active U.S. Government security clearances.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Nice to Have

Experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
Knowledge of federal contracting, proposal processes, and recruiting metrics.
ATS experience (preferably Lever) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
