Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

AgileGrid Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior) to manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding. You will help shape the company’s talent acquisition strategy, improve hiring processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, ensuring timely and effective placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and create tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit and qualifications (including culture fit).
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment data.
• Help develop and refine recruiting strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to partner with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to fill a variety of roles and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to talent sourcing and awareness of current recruiting trends.
