Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nestlé S.A. shapes the company’s talent strategy by sourcing and attracting top candidates aligned with business objectives. You’ll partner with functional leaders and HR teams to design recruiting initiatives that support growth and operational needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
• Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements and define recruiting plans
• Build and execute strategic sourcing plans (e.g., direct sourcing, networking, industry engagement)
• Manage end-to-end recruiting: requisitions, screening, interviews, and offer extensions
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to strengthen employer branding and social media outreach
• Review recruitment metrics with hiring managers to improve process effectiveness and agility
• Advise on compensation packages and influence hiring decisions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards; maintain accurate ATS records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across diverse roles
• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines using ATS and digital sourcing tools, including social media
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and constructively challenge processes
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximate salary range: $110,000–$130,000 (based on experience and location)
