Position: Human Resources Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50-$90 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Design realistic HR scenarios and tasks based on hands-on experience. Craft model-facing prompts and author gold-standard responses. Review and grade AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with HR standards. Identify errors and failure modes in model reasoning on people decisions. Provide structured written rationale for evaluating AI outputs. Collaborate to refine evaluation rubrics and improve HR domain content quality. Requirements Have strong relevant experience in Human Resources or People operations. Depth in HR sub-domains such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics. Strong command of HR frameworks and employment-law fundamentals. Excellent written communication skills for explaining nuanced reasoning. Attention to detail and comfort evaluating the quality of work.
