About the role
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Professional partners with business leaders to understand hiring needs and goals in a high-volume environment. You will own full life-cycle recruiting, continuously improve recruiting processes, and use creative sourcing methods to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business strategy and role requirements; present candidate profiles with a strong talent advisor perspective
- Lead kickoff calls for new openings
- Assist with developing scorecards (mission, objectives, capabilities, competencies) for roles
- Manage requisitions in the ATS and keep candidate progress updated in real time
- Use technology to post jobs, source candidates, and maintain recruiting documentation
- Attract candidates via sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Review and respond to applications regularly
- Apply behavioral interviewing to screen/interview candidates and recommend selection
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule interviews
- Arrange business unit screens, technical screens, and role plays
- Organize and document recruiting progress reports and post-interview debriefs
- Partner with candidates to align their career goals with suitable opportunities
- Manage relationships with HR business partners and practice leaders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
