Role: Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Campbell’s, you’ll attract and select top talent using effective recruiting strategies, workforce pipeline development, strong stakeholder partnerships, and a high-quality candidate experience. You’ll support hiring initiatives across corporate, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support full-cycle recruiting: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and candidate communications
• Partner with hiring leaders and People & Culture teams to understand workforce needs, required capabilities, and labor market conditions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing, internal talent identification, community engagement, and external partnerships
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate/requisition/process documentation in applicant tracking and recruiting systems
• Use recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and process data to drive continuous improvement
• Support recruiting projects/initiatives with data gathering, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow-up
• Assist with routine recruiting processes while building knowledge of policies, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely communication and effective hiring outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High-volume recruiting experience (exempt and non-exempt)
• 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• Foundational experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, customer service, or related areas
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and labor market dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
