About the role
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Super.com, you will drive recruiting for the company’s Engineering, Product, and Data teams, while also supporting non-technical GTM and G&A hiring as needed. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, recommend recruitment strategies, and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the end-to-end process.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and stakeholder advising on best practices
- Talent strategy: partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to align recruiting plans to team needs
- Sourcing & pipeline management using channels such as networking, social media, and direct outreach
- Candidate experience ownership: ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a structured interview process
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition: align on hiring goals and unify recruiting approaches
- Diversity & inclusion: apply inclusive hiring practices aligned to company diversity goals
- Data-driven recruiting: track key metrics (e.g., time to hire, candidate satisfaction) and continuously improve processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years in-house experience preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Ashby is a plus)
- Experience sourcing and engaging candidates via channels such as LinkedIn and referrals
- Ability to manage end-to-end hiring with a focus on speed, quality, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in continuously improving recruiting processes and developing recruiting skills
Bonus / Nice to Have
- Experience with sourcing tools such as Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar)
- Familiarity with the technical talent market and current recruitment challenges/trends
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and compensation benchmarks for technical roles
- Data-driven mindset for analyzing recruiting performance and optimizing outcomes
