About the role

Role Overview

Savista is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare hiring needs. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a standout candidate experience from first contact through offer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare positions and other assigned roles
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring
  • Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit
  • Partner with hiring managers on position requirements and recruiting guidance
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, consistent communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress
  • Participate in hiring events, virtual recruiting, and talent attraction initiatives
  • Promote Savista’s employer brand through social media and recruiting platforms
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and recruiting policies
  • Collaborate with HR and internal partners to support hiring initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • 1+ year recruiting experience supporting high-volume hiring, preferably in healthcare (healthcare administration or revenue cycle management)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Experience with Workday or another ATS is preferred

Nice to Haves

  • Experience recruiting for healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare administrative roles
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS
  • HR professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
