Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Partner (General & Administrative)

Embedded within a client account as an “in-house” recruiter, representing a defense robotics brand that builds advanced hardware and AI/ML-powered robotic weapon stations for national security and defense modernization.

Responsibilities

Specialize in G&A (General & Administrative) recruiting to source operational talent (e.g., Finance Managers, HR Generalists, Legal Counsel, Executive Assistants, Facilities Managers)
Own the recruiting pipeline: manage candidates, schedule interviews, and support negotiations
Perform deep-dive sourcing using LinkedIn, professional networks, and localized corporate talent pools
Coordinate with client-side stakeholders including executives and department heads in Austin and Alexandria
Collaborate with bubb’s account managers and creative team to optimize candidate attraction

Requirements

Seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner experience, focused on non-technical corporate desks, especially areas like:
- Human Resources
- Accounting & Finance
- Legal
- Executive Support
- Office Operations
Enthusiasm for scaling a mission-driven defense technology brand

Nice to Have

Hybrid or remote sourcing experience
