Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator (FTC 12 months)

Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator (FTC – 12 months) You will support the Talent Acquisition team across EMEA by managing recruiting operations, candidate scheduling, and the new hire offer/documentation process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for candidates while ensuring operational excellence for the TA team across EMEA.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules for multiple recruiters across different time zones, managing all interview logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during scheduling and interview coordination.
• Manage the offer process, including sending new hire documentation.
• Ensure new hires complete all required admission/onboarding documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language desirable).
• Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment, including during organizational change.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
