About the role

Role overview

The Talent Acquisition & Talent Integration Specialist owns end-to-end recruitment and early talent integration for a mix of clinical and non-clinical positions. The role is fully remote and focuses not only on hiring quality, but also on onboarding success, early performance metrics, and continuous improvement of recruiting and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting:
    • Build talent pipelines and execute sourcing
    • Coordinate interviews
    • Manage offer negotiation and acceptance
    • Support pre-boarding and early engagement/metrics analysis
  • Partner with hiring managers, clinical leaders, business leaders, and People Operations to:
    • Define candidate profiles and hiring priorities
    • Execute search plans aligned to business goals
  • Develop and run creative, investigative, data-informed sourcing strategies using:
    • LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, market outreach, and talent communities
  • Deliver a high-touch, empathy-driven candidate experience with regular new-hire check-ins to support onboarding transition
  • Manage pre-boarding and compliance steps for candidates, including:
    • Background checks
    • Credential verification
    • Licensure review and pre-hire documentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to employment law, healthcare credentialing regulations, state licensure requirements, and internal compliance standards
  • Identify and escalate hiring/compliance gaps, bottlenecks, and candidate experience concerns; maintain meticulous documentation for audit readiness
  • Use a healthcare-informed assessment approach:
    • Structured interviews and behavioral questions
    • Assessment tools and sound judgment to evaluate technical capability and values/fit
  • Perform AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and scheduling; leverage assessment tools with accountability
  • Support talent integration success tracking via new-hire survey data and analysis, and partner on internal talent mobility outcomes

  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing/licensure compliance (and related risk mitigation)
