About the role

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition and Talent Integration Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, aligned with Guidehealth’s ALIVE values, internal workflows, and staffing budget. The role supports hiring across both clinical and non-clinical functions and ensures successful early engagement through effective talent integration.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (pipeline development, sourcing, interview coordination, offers, pre-boarding, and onboarding)
  • Build a strong understanding of Guidehealth’s business, operating model, workforce needs, and People processes to develop role-aligned recruiting strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders to define candidate profiles, align on hiring priorities, and execute search plans
  • Create and execute creative, investigative, and data-informed sourcing strategies using:
    • LinkedIn
    • Job boards
    • Referrals
    • Networking and market outreach
    • Talent communities
  • Provide a high-touch, empathy-driven candidate experience with regular new-hire check-ins
  • Support onboarding and early engagement success by tracking department onboarding outcomes using new-hire survey data and analysis
  • Continuously improve TA workflows and efficiencies to drive early engagement and strong performance
  • Support internal talent mobility and the effectiveness and efficiency of internal talent pools
  • Drive hiring quality outcomes, scalability of TA models/processes, licensure compliance adherence, onboarding success, early engagement, and reduced regrettable early turnover

Requirements

  • Healthcare recruiting experience and strong relationship-building skills
  • Sound judgment, empathy, and data-informed decision-making
  • High level of internal customer interaction
  • Ability to partner across People Operations, hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business leaders

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience applying survey/analytics to improve onboarding and engagement outcomes
  • Experience with talent mobility/internal talent pools
