Role overview

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition and Analytics Assistant (Internship) for 6 to 12 months. You will work on digitalization initiatives and support efforts to attract and engage top talent while building experience in HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and engage candidates using innovative strategies and tools.
• Optimize talent acquisition processes by performing data analysis to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to digitalization projects related to talent acquisition to support team success.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR / Business / Data / related field) and able to provide a compulsory internship agreement.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in HR Analytics.
• Comfortable working with data and tools such as Excel/Sheets, dashboards, or BI tools.
• High level of tech-savviness and curiosity to learn new tools and methods.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset.
• Availability to start from July for a full-time internship (6–12 months).
