About the role
Role Overview
SVP, Sales (Remote, US-Only)
Reporting directly to the CRO, the SVP of Sales is responsible for driving company-wide revenue growth and leading a multi-layered sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop VP-level sales leaders; scale and manage a multi-layered sales organization (including teams of sellers).
- Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including:
- Sales strategy
- Pipeline health
- Forecast accuracy
- Define and execute national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales processes.
- Build executive-level client relationships and drive cross-functional alignment for long-term growth planning.
Requirements
- Experience leading revenue growth and scaling sales organizations with strong forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Ability to set sales strategy and ensure consistent execution across regions.
- Strong leadership capability at the VP level (managing leaders who manage seller teams).
- Executive communication skills for client relationship management and cross-functional alignment.

- Experience selling marketing/advertising measurement or consumer intelligence/data-driven marketing platforms (inMarket’s domain).
