Supply Chain Sr. Analyst

Role Overview

Lead strategic procurement initiatives as a Supply Chain Sr. Analyst based in the United States (remote). You will manage complex sourcing activities, supplier relationships, negotiations, and cross-functional projects to deliver optimized procurement results.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives, cost targets, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Support acquisition strategy development by evaluating supplier options, negotiation approaches, and procurement impacts.
• Lead complex RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, and sourcing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contractual, operational, and regulatory expectations.
• Negotiate commercial terms: pricing, agreements, and supplier conditions to achieve optimized outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships: capability assessments, negotiations, and issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks across cost, schedule, supplier performance, compliance, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, policies, and requirements.
• Improve sourcing processes by creating best practices, tools, and training.
• Support enterprise-level, high-priority negotiations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, or related supply chain disciplines.
• Proven experience leading complex RFPs/RFQs and negotiating supplier agreements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier management, and commercial negotiation.
• Experience evaluating and negotiating terms/pricing for IT hardware, cloud products, SaaS, or professional services (preferred).
• Understanding of procurement compliance, including FAR-compliant procurement practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and procurement/contract management or source-to-pay systems.
• U.S. citizenship required.
