Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

Supply Chain Manager (Part-time, Remote) responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations that support Studio Mango’s architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting and interpret supply needs for ongoing projects
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to minimize waste
• Coordinate procurement with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Optimize supply management processes and implement best practices
• Use data analysis to identify improvements in supply chain performance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Collaborate with project/design/construction teams to align supply chain plans with project timelines

Requirements

• Strong demand planning and analytical skills
• Solid supply management and procurement experience (including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management)
• Strong inventory management skills (tracking materials, maintaining stock levels)
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (preferably architecture/design/construction)
• Proficiency with supply chain/inventory management software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to work independently in a remote, part-time role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
