Supply Chain Manager | $50/hr Remote

Role Overview

Contract role for a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist (Remote, 10–40 hrs/week), supporting analysis, documentation review, and workflow improvement across logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to demonstrate logistics/supply chain best practices.
• Evaluate existing supply chain workflows and suggest improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Support quality assurance by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.

Requirements

• Strong experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with:
  • Packing lists
  • Bills of lading
  • Inventory registers
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
• Proven analytical skills, including experience identifying logistics process improvements.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
