Role Overview

Support day-to-day supply planning activities within Kinaxis Maestro, including supply and/or raw materials planning. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage planning exceptions, improve planning processes, and enable offshore/global team capability building.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Supply Planning and/or Raw Materials Planning in Kinaxis Maestro
• Manage planning exceptions and produce scenario analysis and planning recommendations
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory
• Document planning assumptions, business rules, and operating procedures
• Create training and knowledge transfer materials to support onboarding
• Apply industry best practices and recommend process improvements
• Support transition and capability building for offshore/global teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Experience in Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
• Experience supporting planning transformations
• Exposure to demand planning, inventory planning, or S&OP/IBP processes
