Supply Account Manager

Role Overview

As a Supply Account Manager on Life360’s Client Solutions team, you’ll manage and grow a book of mobile, CTV, and web publisher partnerships. You’ll own the relationship end-to-end—helping publishers adopt Life360 products, improving supply health, and driving measurable revenue value through the Life360 Ads exchange.

Responsibilities

• Drive publisher education on Life360 products, audience/data advantages, exclusive demand sources, differentiated ad formats, and unique product capabilities (including leading platform training sessions).
• Own and grow publisher partnerships using a data-driven, consultative approach.
• Translate performance insights into clear strategies for revenue growth.
• Conduct publisher partnership reviews (online and in-person) to:
  • strengthen relationships
  • assess integration health
  • evaluate demand channel performance
  • identify new revenue opportunities
• Monitor performance across your publisher book, tracking metrics such as:
  • ad requests
  • bid & win rates
  • DSP buying patterns
  • EID strategy
  • ads.txt optimizations
  • revenue
• Identify yield optimization opportunities and collaborate with publishers to implement strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Technical Solutions, Demand, Product, and Engineering to surface publisher needs, resolve integration/platform issues, and support go-to-market efforts.
