Success Architect (Agentforce / Data Cloud)

Role overview

As a Success Architect (Agentforce / Data Cloud) at Salesforce, you will help strategic customers achieve successful outcomes by applying your expertise in data, analytics, and technical architecture. You will work with executive stakeholders and guide optimization and solution design efforts across Agentforce + Data Cloud.

Key missions

• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimizations for:
  • Technical architecture
  • Dev/ops
  • Performance
  • Solution design for Agentforce + Data Cloud
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or custom architecture solutions.
• Run tailored success playbooks from the Success Architect engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data Cloud.

Requirements

• US citizenship required (work with Federal Government).
• Strong focus on data ethics and privacy, ensuring solutions follow relevant regulations and data security/privacy best practices.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate remotely across technical and executive teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.
• Deep understanding of:
  • Data modeling
  • Integration architectures
  • Data governance
• Proven success leading at least two full-lifecycle enterprise CDP (Customer Data Platform) implementations.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing data & integration-focused business processes, including migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data Cloud.
• Consulting/implementation partner experience for Data Cloud/CDP.
• Programming/engineering exposure and ability to stay current with emerging data and AI technologies.

Nice-to-haves / additional experience areas

• Experience with large data platforms and ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP (BigQuery/Cloud Storage), or Azure.
• Experience with CDPs such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, Realtio, etc.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud scenarios.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture domains: Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Declarative & Apex Development.
• Programming languages: Python, Java, .NET, SQL.
