Role Overview

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Logistics at Whatnot, you will set the operating model and strategy to scale logistics across Whatnot’s markets. You’ll own carrier performance and pricing health, lead operational responses to shipping disruptions, and use insights to inform product and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the operating model and logistics strategy to enable scalable, high-quality delivery across all markets.
• Own carrier performance and carrier pricing health by monitoring key metrics and managing tariff/rate structures.
• Lead operational response to shipping disruptions, building scalable processes and manuals for fast, reliable resolution.
• Inform product and technology roadmap based on operational insights.
• Shape and evolve the carrier network strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles.
• Strong analytical judgment and comfort working with ambiguity and speed.
• Excellent communication skills.
