Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role Overview

Lyra Health is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager (Full Remote) to own the end-to-end sourcing and negotiation process for mid-tier contracts, manage daily procurement operations, and drive digital transformation of its intake-to-pay (P2P) infrastructure.

Key Missions

• Sourcing & Negotiation: Proactively manage the sourcing and negotiation lifecycle for $25k–$250k contracts, with emphasis on SaaS, Tech, and Professional Services.
• P2P Implementation (Project Management): Serve as the dedicated project manager for the Intake-to-Pay (P2P) platform implementation, partnering with IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Spend & Compliance Analytics (Excel Power-User):
  • Analyze large datasets to identify spend trends
  • Detect auto-renewals early
  • Eliminate maverick spend

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or supply chain management (preferably high-growth tech or healthcare).
• Advanced Analytics: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills to convert spend data into structured, actionable insights.
• Project Management: Strong time management; ability to run multiple fast-moving sourcing projects while supporting a major software rollout.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Ability to work through cross-functional bottlenecks and negotiate effectively with vendors.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Procurement/P2P software and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; experience supporting or leading a P2P tool implementation is a major plus.
• Category Expertise: Proven ability to independently negotiate mid-tier contracts across SaaS, Marketing, Consulting, and Professional Services.
