About the role
Role Overview
Join Cresta as a Strategic Solutions Engineering Manager. You’ll lead a team of Solutions Engineers, partner cross-functionally to improve how Cresta’s platform is positioned and delivered, and provide hands-on technical support for strategic, $1M+ deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers supporting complex sales cycles with execution excellence across demos, POCs, and technical validation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to increase the SE team’s impact and drive continuous improvement in positioning and delivery.
- Support strategic accounts by leading technical discovery and shaping the technical strategy for deals over $1M.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Contact Center technologies, including:
- Conversational AI
- CCaaS platforms
- Telephony infrastructure
- Working knowledge of strategic platforms such as Salesforce, Google, Amazon, and contact center infrastructure.
- AI agent applications understanding, with hands-on experience integrating AI into customer workflows.
- 8+ years in sales engineering or technical sales, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong focus on coaching and career development for SEs via structured growth plans, role clarity, and skills development.
- Experience building mentoring frameworks that develop technical excellence, soft skills, and leadership readiness.
- Resourceful, strategic, and collaborative mindset to drive deal success with cross-functional partners.
