About the role

Role Overview

Strategic Program Manager for Samsara’s Global Customer Support (GCS) organization. You will lead large-scale transformational projects across support operations, partnering closely with Product, R&D, Sales, Success, and Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for a complex, cross-functional project portfolio, translating strategy into execution plans.
Align leaders early by spotting misalignment and driving realignment across teams and stakeholders.
Apply analytical business acumen and industry/competitive understanding to shape program strategy and recommendations.
Communicate complex topics simply and persuasively.
Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic projects such as:
- Improving the efficacy of self-service support
- Enhancing cross-functional workflows to improve customer experience
- Scoping and deploying new support technologies (e.g., AI, chatbots, federated search)

Requirements / Qualifications

Strong analytical business acumen.
Ability to align leaders around vision.
Experience creating and streamlining project plans and improving processes.
Strong change-management mindset.
Passion for understanding and improving operational workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in support/operations transformation and/or customer support PMO-style programs.
Familiarity with technology-enabled support improvements (AI, chatbots, federated search).
