About the role

Role overview

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive (Majors) at Runway (full remote). You will manage a small set of named, very large enterprise accounts and drive expansions through executive relationships and structured business case development.

Key missions

Secure 1–2 seven-figure relationships per year and expand existing accounts
Build relationships with C-suite leaders and business units that survive procurement processes
Find expansion opportunities across new divisions and additional use cases

Responsibilities

Own and grow 3–5 named enterprise accounts (each valued at $10B+)
Partner closely with a dedicated senior Strategic Engagement Manager
Operate at account depth (development) rather than broad territory coverage
Lead enterprise sales cycles and expansion motions, including executive-level communication

Requirements

AI fluency: able to run a Runway demo and discuss/defend a point of view on generative media with technical stakeholders
Proven enterprise success, with measurable top-tier achievements (e.g., President’s Club)
Deep familiarity with enterprise businesses (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Disney) including org structures and budget cycles
12+ years of enterprise sales, with a verifiable track record of $1M+ ACV deals at Fortune 500 accounts
Ability to own 5 or fewer accounts and grow them
Experience selling creative/content/media infrastructure
Experience with consumption or committed-volume pricing models
Built named ROI business cases that CFOs have signed

Nice-to-haves

Track record specifically aligned to major enterprise expansions and executive closes (CMOs, CTOs, studio leads, and business-unit presidents)
