About the role
Role Overview
Join Observe.AI’s Strategic Accounts team as a Strategic Account Director. You will manage relationships with 50 Fortune 250 prospects and help the company become the leading AI engine in the Contact Center industry.
Key Missions
- Manage a named list of 50 Fortune 250 prospects, guiding each relationship from first conversation to contract signature.
- Partner with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to design and execute complex evaluations, tailored demos, and value proof.
- Own weekly pipeline and target forecasting with discipline, staying close to the evolving industry landscape.
Requirements
- Ability to gather and translate market intelligence (industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, prospect signals) into sharper strategy.
- Experience leading high-visibility customer engagements such as Customer Advisory Boards, industry conferences, product launches, and executive briefings.
- Proven deal strategy experience in contact center—understanding buyers, competitive dynamics, and what it takes to win.
- Experience supporting growth of large, fast-moving B2C organizations across Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, and Telecom.
- Fluency in contact center KPIs plus QA and coaching processes.
- Strong closing track record, consistently exceeding $1M+ ARR targets per year over the last 3 years in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
