Role Overview

Store Manager (Part-Time, Contract Project Work) Handshake is looking for experienced retail store management professionals to support AI research. You’ll use hands-on expertise in store operations to evaluate AI-generated responses and provide feedback that helps improve AI understanding of real-world retail store management workflows.

What You’ll Do

Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail store management workflows
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to store operations and management practices
Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance
Complete tasks at your own pace with no set schedule and no minimum hour requirement

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in retail store management (e.g., Store Manager or District Manager)
Hands-on experience with workflows such as:
- Store performance reporting
- Cash reconciliation
- Inventory reconciliation
Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
