STITBO Architect

Role Overview

Stibo STEP MDM Architect (Contract) — Remote (TX, 100% remote). Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP master data management solutions (MDM/PIM), ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver STEP solutions using best practices across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Run requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Own solution architecture and technical delivery for Stibo STEP.
• Partner with business analysts to define to-be business processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Define data governance strategies, including policies, roles/responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules.
• Produce detailed design documents, including data migration approach.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components (data structures, roles, workflows, portals).

Requirements

• 12+ years implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM required, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
• At least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer data models.
• Customer-facing experience; strong management skills and technical background.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
