Role Overview

The STIBO (STEP) MDM Architect will design, architect, and lead the technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This senior role involves customer engagement, requirements workshops, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions using best practices
Guide project team members through STEP delivery activities
Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops
Work with business analysts to define to-be business processes based on industry standards
Define data governance strategies (policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, rules)
Create detailed design documents, including an approach for data migration
Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
Configure, build, and unit test STEP components (data structures, roles, workflows, portals)

Requirements

12+ years implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM (configuration, integration, deployment)
Strong understanding of Product Data Model and solution design
Customer-facing experience and strong technical leadership/management skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving ability
