STIBO (STEP) MDM Architect

Role Overview

STIBO (STEP) MDM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP master data management (MDM) / PIM solutions. The role requires 12+ years of MDM experience and hands-on expertise in Stibo STEP, including configuration, integration, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo STEP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive end-to-end project activities to deliver STEP solutions; guide project team members through delivery.
• Lead requirements gathering and facilitate high-level design workshops.
• Work with business analysts to define future-state (to-be) business processes using industry-standard best practices.
• Define data governance strategies, including policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including data migration approaches.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components (data structures, roles, workflows, and portals).

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions.
• At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM (configuration, integration, deployment).
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
• Strong understanding of product data models and experience designing solutions.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team facilitation skills.
