Role overview
Startup Marketing Associate (Startup Program) Join Render as the operational engine of its Startup Program. This is an opportunity for an early-career candidate with strong ties to the San Francisco startup ecosystem.
Key missions & responsibilities

- Build follow-up sequences and post-event nurture
- Ensure messaging resonates with founder and developer audiences
Requirements
- High agency and strong organization; proactively solve problems and own logistics end-to-end (invite → follow-up)
- Deep roots in the SF startup ecosystem; socially fluent and capable of making warm intros
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, or VC platform/portfolio teams
- Integrity, humility, and strong drive to learn
- Hands-on familiarity with the developer-tools and cloud infrastructure landscape

- Fluency in the venture landscape and understanding of the AI transformation affecting startups
- Experience running events, community programs, or founder-facing initiatives
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo)

Nice to have
