Start-up Mobile Developer (Equity-Based)

Role overview

Startup-minded Front-End / Mobile Engineer for an early-stage, equity-based role at Commusic. You’ll help build a cross-platform mobile app from the ground up with high ownership across product, culture, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the cross-platform Commusic mobile app using .NET MAUI
• Convert Figma designs into polished, production-ready interfaces
• Structure app architecture using MVVM with scalable engineering practices
• Manage navigation flows, application state, and lifecycle behavior
• Develop and maintain REST APIs with ASP.NET Core
• Contribute to backend architecture and technical decisions
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing
• Improve UX, performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform

Requirements

• Strong experience translating Figma designs into production interfaces
• Solid understanding of MVVM, state management, and scalable UI patterns
• Strong UX focus, including accessibility and responsive UI
• Understanding of scalable backend architecture principles and API integration
• High attention to code quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability
• Ability to collaborate in fast-moving, cross-functional startup environments
• Product-oriented mindset / founder mentality
