Staff UI/UX Product Designer (USA/EMEA - Remote)

Role: Staff UI/UX Product Designer (SaaS)

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead the design of Hospitable’s platform and help ensure every interaction is intuitive, elegant, and enjoyable.

What you’ll work on

• Lead design end-to-end: concept → execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design
• Own and evolve design language: develop and maintain a consistent design system/style guide aligned with the brand and product vision
• Use insights to refine: leverage data, user feedback, and research to improve the user journey
• Set the product design vision in alignment with long-term strategy and values
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional product and engineering teams to ship your designs

Requirements

• Very senior UI/UX experience for a SaaS product with a world-class portfolio showcasing delightful, intuitive, fluid experiences
• Strong leadership and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally
• Expert in design tools: specifically Whimsical (mockups) and Figma (designs)
• Creative, differentiated thinking and pushing beyond conventional patterns
• Excellent communication to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep passion for design, detail, and product excellence

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host or working in the short-term rental business

Work model / location

• Remote-only and distributed; hiring is based on timezones, not countries
• Ideal timezone fit: Europe or American (up to East Coast)

Compensation (summary)

• Total cash budget: USD $133,200 (Senior I) to $188,000 (Staff I) depending on seniority and cost of living
• May hire internationally as contractors or as employees in USA/EU/Australia (gross comp adjusted for payroll taxes)
• Equity via $HOST Token (RSUs)
• Additional compensation mentioned: eligible for up to an additional $341,000 (details not fully provided in posting)
