Staff UI/UX Product Designer (USA/EMEA - Remote)

Role Overview

Staff UI/UX Product Designer (Staff Product Designer) at Hospitable.

You’ll lead the design of the platform, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, every screen is elegant, and features feel delightful and easy to use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution: user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide aligned to brand and product vision
• Use data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey
• Drive the overall product design vision in alignment with long-term strategy and company values
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to bring designs to life
• Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a strong product craft mindset

Requirements

• Very senior UI/UX product design experience for a SaaS product with a world-class portfolio of delightful, intuitive, fluid experiences
• Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong command of design tools (uses Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs)
• Creativity and ability to push beyond conventional patterns to deliver differentiation
• Excellent communication with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep passion for design, strong attention to detail, and a keen sense of what makes exceptional products

Nice to Have

• Experience as an Airbnb host or working in short-term rental operations/business
• Any additional experience or context that strengthens your product design perspective

Location & Work Style

• Remote-only and distributed; hiring is based on time zones, not countries
• Preferred: European or American (up to East Coast) time zones
